Sounds like she may be getting on the chunky side.
I'm not familiar with this food...how many calories per cup? You could feed her twice a day now, she is old enough. I would not feed her more than 3cups per day...and if she starts gaining too much weight, cut back on the "goodies" or cut back on the food.
For a female 63 lbs, at 6 months is a bit on the heavier side...but it depends on her bone size,etc. Keep her growing slow and steady.
As far as water...I too never really keep track. I keep a big bowl full of water, and the two dogs usually have most of it drank down by evening. It depends on weather (hot), and activity. Right now, mine are still eating snow!

I would think most dogs drink 3-4 cups per day?
