For food amounts, how active is your dog? Can you feel her ribs by lightly touching her sides? Does she have a ncie tuck? What food are you feeding? I can't say 3 cups per day is right - it depends on the dog. When Hudson was 6 months, he ate 4 cups per day of Canidae ALS, but he was also underweight when he came into our home.

Now, both dogs eat 3 - 3.25 cups per day split into two meals.

I would keep an eye on her weight - 63lbs at 6 months is pretty average for a male, females are a little less...so keep an eye on her weight and don't have her gain weight too fast.
I have water down all day but was just curious if she was drinking to much maybe the vet missed something, she is eating Canadian Natural turkey&wild salmon I can feel her ribs slightly but she might be getting to fat I tend to spoil her with yogurt and veggies(raw) she runs around and plays soccer at night plus walks but nothing during the day.

thanks for the feed back
