Just wondering why you are taking a Rottweiler puppy to a professional groomer?
This is a wash and wear breed...and any grooming that must be done should be done by you. Learn to trim her nails, and to brush her out yourself....good way to teach the pup to listen to you, and to comply.
The pup got a fright, and now you will have to work hard for her to trust again. Puppies should have positive experiences.
