UPDATE!!!! I won!!! I had the final answer today that after fighting with IATA and the TIM editing company, they agreed to change the laws for Rottweilers and Hub will not have to be muzzled in his flight to FRANCE! I appreciated everybody's opinion and thank you for your concern! I knew I had to fight and I hope I saved lives of many more Rotties |
