I agree with the others..not a good time to be bringing a puppy into your home.
Why don't you look up the number for your local Rottweiler Rescue? A puppy will be adopted very quickly in well screened, experienced homes. Often a waiting list of pre-approved people are waiting for a rescue puppy. This way the puppy will go into a deserving home...and you have no guilt.
