for one the dog unless it 2 and have been xrayed no one has a clue about the hips or health . if tank has dog aggression issues and seeing how he is a work in progress and will require non stop training i certainly wouldnt add another dog that sounds as if it has had little socialization or training he may very well with it being a female accept the dog but with a dog having known issues and a dog that you dont know what issues it has one or the other will probably suffer and you certainly dont want him to back peddle any. if he likes cats get a cat.
