A "good amount" is 1.25 cups dry with about a tablespoon of wet food. I even just switched to evangers 100% beef wet food to entice him. The vet said he was just a little underweight, but that was better than over. I even sent a stool sample to the vet's lab and the ELISA did not show anything.
