Yup! That's my youngest, Magnus, who is 4. The boots even have tread! I had to rescue him in that photo, seriously, he looked like Bambi. But this is the reason he
hates the boots b/c people laugh at him! Seriously though, the harness really helps, even just for stability if needed.
