What is the name of the high protein kibble that you are feeding her? I know you don't have the choice of foods in the Philippines that we have in North America. She can go on a good quality adult food now.
If the food you are feeding her has corn or wheat or soya, it could be food allergies that are causing the scabs and dandruff, or could it be fleas?
You can have her spayed now that she has had a heat. She will live a longer, healthier life spayed.
