I'm not even sure if she was going to send him to a rescue. Knowing her she would probably drop him off at a strangers house and you never know he might get abused or neglected I don't want a dog living like that. Yes I know theres nothing wrong with a rescue but i honestly don't trust my friend. I know that it's going to be a mountain of work. I've raised 2 boxer x pits before and i did it. They were my moms dogs. I made sure to treat them both equally. I've also rescued a rottweiler before but she had a unstable tempermant and would growl and bite anyone that came into the yard family or not. We had to put her down... I've been with dogs my whole life and most of the time i've had to dogs. So i'm used to it. I am rethinking about rehoming the Pitt to my friends house. She says she won't mind taking him in. But i'm already so attached to the pup but i know that i gotta do what's best for him.. I can't be self-ish.
