Beautiful tribute to your sweet girl.
Sofia knew she was very loved by you - she was your fur kid.
You know deep down you did everything you could have - it was just out of your hands.
You have all those wonderful memories to keep in your heart until you can be together again.
RIP Sofia, fly high with the angels. You are in very good company.
