Interesting...another super-premium comany to offer a grain-free kibble. Glad to see more and more doing this. Personally, I feed EVO and am thrilled with the results I've seen.
2 things I noticed with the Blue...
1) It says it is 589kcals per cup and that the recommended feeding amount for dogs 100lbs and over (my rottn is 105lbs) on the bag is 6 - 7&1/2 cups!!
Yikes! I hope people know that they shouldn't follow the bag recommendations!
That would be over 3500 calories a day at a minimum!
I only feed my boy 2&1/2 cups a day (and EVO is 537kcals/cup)!!
2) The largest bag you can buy is 26lbs, where the EVO is 28lbs. I'm guessing that Blue is probably charging around the same amount as EVO and you get less. (I pay around $45 for EVO.)
Overall, it's a possiblity for including in a grain-free rotation, and it's good to have options.
