I NEVER leave Bucky outside unattended - and I live on a dead-end gravel road with little through traffic.
When he is outside in his fenced in area - so am I.
I like the idea of posting that there is a dog on premises as opposed to "Beware" of dog.
Maybe you could find one of those signs that say "Don't worry about the dog - Beware of Owner"
