I agree with everyone else. I couldn't imagine not crate training. It is safer for the dog and allows you the peace of mind to know your pup is safe. I have a 16 month old GSD mix and she has far more energy than any rottie I ever had at that age. Give your boy more exercise, start in obedience classes and remain consistent in his training. He will not be this way forever. And remember do not use the crate as a punishment, it should be his safe secure little den. |
