Aside from that yes you are correct in that DJD 1 in 1 elbow does not exclude from breeding AS LONG as the breeder is doing extensive research into lines and the dog's siblings and seeing what the elbow status of the family is and a bunch of other stuff I'm sure others will mention
However my bug a boo is all these imports here whose owner's never bother to have the dog re certified with OFA. Which BTW is mandatory if an ARC member wants to breed to an import
ALSO both dogs need to have their hearts certified by a board certified cardiologist and if the male is an import (I'm guessing yes) then a dopplar echo is strongly recommended
