I had much the same assignment for our agility class and got some great ideas from the forum.
It got me interested in teaching Zoe some other tricks, so I checked out Dog Tricks for Dummies by Sarah Hodgkins. Lots of good tricks and how to teach them in there. You could teach her to circle left and right by leading her with a treat. Gosh, with a Rottie's smarts, you have time to teach her several things and get extra credit.
