I would absolutely implore you to please surround yourself with breeders who can teach you how to do things correctly, with the welfare of the breed and the individual dogs in mind.
If Mister is under two years of age, rottcrazed is correct, he can't possibly have all his health certs. Heart and eyes, but not hips and elbows. Xrays for OFA certification cannot be done until the dog reaches 24 months of age.
You came to a wonderful forum to with very good questions, and this is the right place to get very good answers. Stick around and learn. Breeding responsibly is not as easy as letting two dogs go at it. Good intentions will only get you so far.
