I have a question. My husband trained the dog to go outside in the front yard because it was easier at 4 in the morning instead of waking up the whole house, I want her to go in the back, that's where I take her. she wont unless you go with her. I guess I don't see this as a bad thing. I believe that if a dog is outside the owner should be out there regardless. We never, ever let our dogs outside unless we are phyiscally present. To me this is one of several responsibilities of owning a dog. JMO
