| Dog Town I have to give some props to this show. I'm totally impressed with the compassion and love that they provide every dog that becomes a part of their lives.
The most recent eposide I saw had a beautiful (even if shaved) chow dog that seem to have some problems with balance and was having a very hard time. Came down to a case of bloat that finally forced the vet (dog was at his home) to uthenize him.
He was laid to rest in their cementary and the "overseeer" of the final resting place had a bunch of chimes there. He said he'd never procieded over a funeral that the chimes did not ring.
His reason for that is; when the dogs reach the rainbow bridge they kick up their heals and run all around now happy with an "issue free" body. Which in turn throws the breeze back down and rings the chimes. Letting all know that "he's ok again".
Just had to share - it touched me and thought it might touch the rest of you as well.
