Please consider re-homing him with a responsible owner or finding a rescue that can properly make an assessment of whether he can be trained or needs to be put down first. I know you are concerned about his behavior around other people, but if he has never had proper training then how do you know if this is something that can't be fixed. That is certainly not fair to the dog. At least, give him a chance first....please!!
