Some people should not own this breed as they do not have the commitment or desire to do whats right by the dog----then we hear its " just a hard situation" ---Yeah, on the dog!!!
Rehome him with someone who is familiar with Rottweilers and willing to work with him---I am so tired of people failing these dogs and then putting them down---it's a sin.
Glad your friend didn't get bit----would have been just another negative statistic for our breed.
