The advice is exactly the same as it was the last time you asked about this: this dog needed professional help when you first asked about it, now the problem has been allowed to become worse. I'm sorry people are being hard on you, but you knew this was a problem, you knew what needed to be done about it, and I simply can't believe that you're actually surprised that it has come to this.
