It's a hard situation because YOU have done nothing but DREAM about helping your dog and have done NOTHING to actually help him in any concrete way. You are NOT the right home for this dog, and it's become quite apparent you never were. If you need to put him down to prevent injury to someone, then so be it. The NOTHING you have done so far certainly didn't fix anything.
