You need to get you dog to a vet NOW. Your dog is in pain. That your brother in law breeds and sells Shih Tzus has nothing to do with it. Why would you trust a breeder of Shih Tzus to treat a problem with your Rottweiler? A neighbor of mine breeds and sells unregistered byb Chihuahuas. He'd be the last person I would seek out for vet attention for my dogs. All he knows is back yard breeding dogs for money.

Vet treatment costs money. We all know that when we take on ownership of a dog. It is your duty to provided your dog with proper care. I don't know if it's the case where you live but over here if a person fails to seek veterinary attention for a dog in pain they are likely to be prosecuted.

Brunie's Mom has mentioned the possibilities/probablilities of the cause of your dogs pain. It doesn't sound as though the problem is with its foot. Find the money or work out a payment plan and have your dog seen to by a vet and stop messing with your dogs leg. You can do more harm than good.

I'm sorry to sound harsh and unwelcoming but your dog needs attention and it's your responsibility to provide it.
