When someone decides to own a dog they should make sure they can afford any medical treatment the dog should need.
Sorry, we all have problems and expenses but once we decide to become responsible for a dog, we need to make sure we do everything to honor the choice we made.
It could be any of the ailments mentioned here and they all should be attended to by a Vet.
Sorry, no pity here, get YOUR dog to a Vet---he is in some degree of pain.
