Those small children will still be children for the lifetime of your rott (next ten years) and as THEY grow and start testing THEIR OWN boundaries they may certainly want to come onto your acreage,,,, they or their friends might want to tease your dog or try to get your pup to run off with them, or anything, while you aren't around.
Too many dangerous possibilities there.....
