You'll need to clear it with the vet and others who are treating her. I wouldn't try to give her anything without their go-ahead. When you do get it, those are two foods that are very easy on her system, and she's going to need that type of therapy in order to start eating again, as she'll still have a lot of internal healing to do before she's back on track.
