You know, after bearing 120 hours of pure stress, anyone would wonder if they were thinking right. If her WBC's are up that IS a good sign..you are not delirious about that.
It is terrible to see your dog go through that, but every single dog that has survived has gone through something similar. If her labs are looking better, then take that as a good sign. The disease takes its toll, but if she can pull through, she can regain her strength and her health. From what you've said, I feel hopeful and I'm still pulling for her.
