It might have happened out of frustration, or whatever, but do you see Poohbearsmom telling others to do that? I didn't see it. What she did say though is this:
"There is NO room to slap, smack, or punch a SIX MONTH OLD PUPPY."
"and a stern leash correction which is well timed would certainly suffice."
Even if it HAD happened to some members, it's by NO MEANS the answer, and I'm sure those members have subsided from SLAPPING or HITTING their dogs.
