Same here. All medications bar one (Fosamax) have to be given with a full meal. I give tablets in a small ball of minced beef when I have her meal ready for her to eat.

The Fosamax is a bone building/strengthening drug and must be given on an empty stomach. I set the alarm for 5am and she gets the tablet then. We go back to bed and she has the rest of her morning medication with her breakfast 3 hours later.

She has Tramadol with her dinner at 6pm and again at bedtime, about 1am and I give her this with goats milk and organic yoghurt.
