I'm so sorry your puppy has to go through this. Don't worry about the not eating part, as long as she's kept hydrated that's the most important thing right now. She'll lose weight, but she'll gain it back in time. I hope she pulls through for you.
Did she have all her puppy vaccinations? If so, you may be able to get the vaccine manufacturer to help with the cost of treatment. Find out from the vet the maker of the vaccine she received and contact the company to see if you can file a claim.
