I think your baby being a little nervous the first time is normal. I bet your baby will be just fine...

When I knew I was going to need to board my Rottie I was the nervous one. I visited the kennels I had selected after phone interviews and first they had to pass my standards...clean not stinky... roomie kennels and exercise area...and enough staffing including a Vet readily available. Then on the day... I allowed plenty of time so I could get him settled in. Let him stiff around outside...meet the people...and...get all cozy on his blankey.

Everything went great...he was happy and they were happy in fact they didn't want to let him go...he's such a people person LOL

Oh yeah I did call everyday the first few days to make sure all was well.
