My show girl is only 13 months. I am not planning on running her hard, and only on dirt. I assume this is okay, though I know my one breeder said not to road work until they are 18 months. My older girl can be road worked, and I plan on going at it aggressively with her. But for right now, the show girl will not get lots, max-10 min. a day. I am not in great shape myself, so I will probably be very worn out in that 10 minutes. But, unless told otherwise, that is my plan for her. Or, very brisk walking, which due to ankle problem, may be difficult for me.
What do others think?? Is that too much?
