Good news. Mal is doing much better. The steroid treatment seemed to help. He is not at full throttle as of yet..some good days and some not so good days. He's much more responsive, giving kisses now and is eating more. Still urinates every hour, stool is brown with no visible traces of blood. For now on Malcolm will be given titers, medication monitored more than usual. We're still up in the air as to what caused his immune system to attack his blood, so to be continued. If anyone notices their dog with any of the symptoms Mal has had, please see the vet immediately. I almost lost a faithful compainion.
