I don't agree with using a treadmill either. There are plenty of other ways to exercise your dog's mind and body. It gets brutally cold here too sometimes and we figure out other activities that are stimulating. I bundle up and get outside to take them on walks too, just because I don't feel like going out doesn't mean the dogs should suffer.
I do know that OK has been getting REALLY bad weather lately...BUT, I still don't like the idea of a treadmill, use your imagination! Get your dog to THINK, that tires them out too! |
