You'd be raising him...and training him...and caring...and loving... and giving him a forever home? Go for it!
Granted, you wouldn't have any assurance of health or lineage on this pup. It's a chance you take. If it helps you feel better, sometimes, dispite all precautions and tests, problems can occur. The thing is, he's cute. You like him. He's afordable for you! You can take him to a vet and have him checked as thoroughly as you can for his age. Then you get him.
