She already understands you are unhappy or she wouldn't be ceasing to pee when you say "Ahhh! No!", so no need for further correction. What I would do is, first of all, work on your "come" command separately...and reward it highly. Then, when you catch her in the act of peeing on the carpet, give her your "Ahhh! No!" immediately followed by "(her name) Come!" and run outside with her so she can finish her pee outside. When she does, make sure you praise her highly and give her a treat for being such a smart puppy!
