What about a reputable dog walker? I doubt that there are NO solutions. It's up to YOU to figure it out. Maybe you should have gotten an older dog then who can hold it longer. It's not fair that she has to suffer with a UTI because you didn't do your homework.
Hire a dog walker and have them stop by mid day. I can't believe you're feeding her that late, then expecting her to hold that all night after eating.
