If you use training pads, it'll just confuse her. She'll think it's OK to go in the house. That's why it's recommended to think about these things BEFORE getting a puppy. I don't have a good solution for you. Maybe find a neighbor, pet sitter, dog walker to come over mid-day to take her out and feed her. Puppies that young need to eat 3 times a day. Having 1/2 of her daily rations in one sitting is too much.
