Not only that... as bad as the economy is right now the new law expects us to pay for the procedure in full... adult dogs run as much as $140 dollars and up... these "lawmakers" dont offer any kind of financial aid in order for owners to pay for it in order to not get fined...
"DO IT OR PAY A HEFTY FINE!!!" as I recall one person say on the news the other night.
Im sorry but money is tight in my household and for $140 I can pay a housebill and keep my family and pets warm at night.
