Sadie is three and still gets excited and releases the randmon tinkle when my dad comes over. I've found that, as soon as he arrives, it helps if *he* walks outside with her, lets her wee, and brings her back in the house. As long as he stays with her, she'll tinkle outside and have no accidents when they both retur;n indoors.
I think your problem is probably normal though. In my experience, my rottie had a longer puppy stage than my previous breeds. But, once she turned three, she became a big lump! It was like the difference between night and day! |
