Unhappy Re: Puppy Dandruff

Not too happy with Canidae and decided to change to Orijen Large Puppy...

I've been giving her a tee-spoon of Olive Oil every 2 days and along with the previous food change it removed the dandruff. It's no longer showing, but her coat is not shiny like before. It looks very dry. She's also begun scratching alot and that's one of the reasons I'll be buying Orijen next time.

Maybe it's because she's a very young puppy or the winter... However I want her to have a nice shiny (allmost oiled looking) coat. My previous rott. was fed raw (fish, chicken, eggs, potatoes, all the veggies that we eat and allways finished our salad leftovers), from time to time I added Vitamin supliments and it's coat was very shiny. However I do not live on a "farm" anymore and can't afford to feed my new dog this kind of food.

So my question is: Is it posible to obtain the desired shiny coat and what would I have to do? Orijen is the best thing I can get here, and so I see many of you are feeding it to your dogs. Do your dogs show this kind of results?
