Thumbs up to your Humane Society for desexing all dogs before rehoming.
Kudos to you for rescuing this pup too.
I would never rehome an entire dog. Every single rescue dog I rehome is desexed irrespective of age....though I do prefer they are a little more mature. It's the lesser of two evils. At least these pups don't go on to produce more pound fodder.
I don't allow humping here either, it's very bad doggy manners.
