It's up to the individual breeder and many breeders, if not most, charge more for the pups they think are of show/breeding quality.
As you probably know, pups thought to be of show quality are put on the main register whereas the other pups are on the limited register. Most breeders do charge more for main registered pups.
Only main registered pups can be shown and there is usually a clause in the contract that the pups on the limited register will be desexed. If anyone breeds with a limited register pup then the resulting litter cannot be registered at all.
