Yes, it is.....and I have first hand experience with how AWESOME they are, as my Chili is a Junky/Vikka daughter of the "C" litter. Incredible attitude, great conformation (Chili is OFA Excellent on hips, Normal on elbows), working ability through the ROOF, and wonderful temperament. Chili has so much natural ability that *I* am the student in this house more often than not.
