Neutered at 10 weeks?? Wow that seems so young to have a pup neutered.
I do know that Quade started humping at about 4 months and all we do is tell him in a firm voice "No, drop it!" because it's usually his favourite blankie that he humps.

If he's humping it in his crate we don't do anything because that's his space. Not sure if that's the right thing to do but we do not tolerate him trying to hump anything or anyone else. Maybe some of the more experienced members can help you or try doing a search on "Humping".
