How important are xrays for hip problems? Who is the primary authority on this topic? How long have tests for hips been done in the US or Germany? Is there a difference between OFA and PennHip on whom you would grant authority on hip problems?
I ask because I may have been duped, big time, by the breeder of the dog I bought. I can share more info on another thread, later. Right now, I just want the purest answers I can get to the above questions and could think of no better place to ask.
