Dana's post above is absolutely correct. DO NOT take her and leave her with strangers at any shelter, "no kill" or not. Take her to a vet (you don't have to go to the vet you are unhappy with) and hold her in your arms while you and the vet set her free. Do not let her last days be full of fear and confusion.

None of this is your fault, but she is your responsibility. You owe her more than just leaving her somewhere and walking away.
