If the poster's dog looks enough like a Rottie, he or she could get the CKC's equivilent of ILP and have a blast showing the dog in performance events.
I gotta believe the CKC club permits unpapered dogs to be shown--so the OP can show the dog if he or she wishes. Just not in conformation. |
I'm glad this was brought up. What is an ILP and how can I get one?
Lexi thinks she's a cat and I think would do very well in agility or tracking. Her nose is glued to the ground when I ask her to find her ball or bone or whatever and doesn't leave the ground until she's found it.
She is a wonderful girl and is a very confident, intelligent dog. I'd like her to get her CGC before we do anything but I have been curious about this ILP and how that works...?
Many thanks in advance,
Ailee
