Best bet would be to try the Rottweiler Club of Canada website at
Rottweiler Club of Canada - Rottweilers in Canada. I just checked the breeder listings and was only able to find one which is Steinplatz rottweilers who are RCC members.
I also checked the CanuckDogs website at
Canuck Dogs and clicked under Atlantic breeders and found one which I know aren't RCC members however the litter they have listed is interesting, both parents have their chic ratings thru OFA which means that they have had each test done and results posted on the OFA site. Sire I have seen and like, I know nothing about the dam however but it may be worth checking out Galwood Rottweilers. Magnum (the sire....) has been producing some lovely pups that I have seen too!! (and is solid tempered from what I have seen as well).
As I said tho I know nothing about the breeder or what they strive for in their breedings so it would be up to you to pursue.
